What we do for UAE companies

A business in the UAE usually sells to several audiences at once: local clients, expatriate communities, partners abroad, and the banks and free zone authorities that check the company. A website or a campaign built for one of them rarely works for the rest.

We start with a diagnosis, not with a package. In a strategic session we look at your offer, your markets and your current channels, and only then recommend what to build. Sometimes that is a new website. Sometimes it is a CRM, better search visibility or simply fixing what you already have. You get one team for strategy, design and development and one plan in English and Russian.

FAQ

Do you have an office in Dubai?

No. PERETZ is led from the Seattle area and our engineering team works remotely. UAE clients work with us online: scheduled video calls in UAE business hours, written updates after every stage and a client portal with the scope, designs, documents and requests.

Can you build a website in English and Russian?

Yes, that is our usual format for the UAE. Each language version gets its own texts, headings and meta tags and is built to rank in its own language, not as a machine translation. We do not write Arabic copy in-house.

Which services do UAE companies usually start with?

Most start with a strategic session. It costs $500, the amount is credited toward the project within 30 days, and it ends with a written list of priorities, so you do not pay for work you do not need.

How much does a website cost?

A landing page starts at $4,000, a corporate website is usually $20,000 to $40,000 and an online store starts at $25,000. Prices are in US dollars, and you get a fixed scope and price after discovery.

What about UAE personal data rules?

Websites that collect leads should follow the UAE personal data protection law of 2021: a clear privacy policy, consent to data processing and careful storage of inquiries. We build forms and lead storage with that in mind.

How fast will we see results from search?

Technical fixes and new pages are indexed within weeks; stable positions in a competitive market like Dubai usually take several months. Advertising and a working CRM show results faster, which is why the plan often combines them.

How much does an Arabic version add to the budget?

In our projects each additional market adds 10 to 30 percent to the design and development budget, and an Arabic version sits near the top of that range: it needs a mirrored right-to-left layout, its own design and fonts that support Arabic script. SEO for that market adds another 20 to 30 percent to the search work. Your translator writes the Arabic copy, and we design and build the version around it.

Which payment methods can an online store in the UAE accept?

As of October 2026, Shopify Payments and Stripe are available to businesses in the UAE, and two pay-later services work there: Tabby, licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE, splits a purchase into four interest-free payments, and Tamara splits it into up to four payments and connects through a plugin or an API. On Shopify the payment provider decides whether customers only see local prices or also pay in the local currency; on a Laravel store we connect providers directly through their APIs.

Do prices on a UAE website have to include VAT?

Prices for consumers do. VAT in the UAE is 5% and has applied since 1 January 2018, and the VAT Executive Regulation requires published prices for taxable supplies to include the tax. Prices without VAT are allowed for exports and for customers registered for VAT, and then they must be clearly marked as such. A full tax invoice also has to show the seller's Tax Registration Number (TRN) and the tax amount in dirhams (Federal Tax Authority, October 2026).

Does the UAE e-invoicing mandate affect our website or CRM?

It affects the systems that issue B2B invoices. Under Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025, as amended in 2026, businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must implement electronic invoicing through an accredited service provider by 1 January 2027, and the rest by 1 July 2027; sales to private consumers are not covered for now (UAE Ministry of Finance, October 2026). If your CRM, ERP or store creates B2B invoices, the connection to that provider belongs in the project plan.

Can we add UAE PASS sign-in to our client portal?

Yes, if your company holds a valid UAE trade licence. Private companies can use UAE PASS for sign-in and digital signature after signing a service provider agreement, and onboarding runs in four phases: the request, development on a staging environment, an assessment and go-live (UAE PASS documentation, October 2026). UAE PASS uses the OAuth 2.0 framework, so in a custom Laravel portal or B2B system it becomes one more sign-in method; the approval phases should be built into the timeline.

Website, Shopify, Laravel or a CRM: which do we need first?

If leads already come in but get lost between messengers and staff, start with a CRM; if nothing explains your offer to clients, partners and the bank, start with the website. Shopify fits standard retail, and a typical custom Shopify store takes 4 to 6 weeks; Laravel fits your own pricing, B2B terms, several legal entities or many integrations. When the order is unclear, a $500 strategic session settles it, and the amount is credited toward the project within 30 days.
