Web Application & SaaS Development

Your business needs software that does not exist off the shelf: a SaaS product with subscriptions, a client portal, an internal tool, a marketplace or a booking system. We design and build custom web applications with user roles, billing, integrations and the security and performance a working product needs, and we run them on cloud hosting.

What we build

A web application lives for years, and most of its cost comes after the first release. We build for that life: a structure that takes new features without breaking old ones, tests that catch regressions, and infrastructure that grows with the load. Our main stack is Laravel, PHP, Node.js, React, Next.js and Vue.

Selected Work

Platforms with business logic behind the screen: CRM and inventory integrations, VIN-based parts search, one system for a store, delivery and apps.

How it works

01

04

Scope and architecture

We go through users, roles, flows and integrations, and agree on the architecture. Large products are split into stages, each with its own estimate.

02

04

Choose the format

A fixed-scope project for a clear stage, or a dedicated team for a product that keeps growing. QA and DevOps specialists work inside the team in both formats.

03

04

Build and test

Development goes in short cycles, with a working version on a test server. QA checks every release before it reaches your users.

04

04

Release and grow

We move the application to production, watch performance and errors, and plan the next stage with you.

What you get

The code, the designs and the data are yours. At handover you get the code, the deployment commands, the server requirements, a rollback procedure and an AGENTS.md file, so you can continue with us, with your own team or with anyone else.

A working web application in production, on cloud hosting set up for your load.

icon

Technical documentation: architecture, data model, API description and deployment steps.

icon

Automated tests on the critical flows and a release process that does not depend on one person.

icon

Security built in: access rules, protected secrets, backups that are checked by restoring them, logs and monitoring.

icon

Admin tools for your team, so routine changes do not need a developer.

icon

An estimate and a plan for the next stage of the product.

How you can work with us

Whatever the format, the work is shaped around how your business runs, not a template, and what we build belongs to you. The same people and standards in three formats: choose the one that fits your stage, or combine them.

Pricing

From $25,000

The price depends on the scope, the number of user roles and the integrations with other systems. Large products are split into stages, and each stage gets its own estimate.

Payment is made in stages tied to milestones. The price includes design of the key flows, development, testing, hosting setup and release. Third-party costs (cloud hosting, paid services and APIs) are paid by you directly, and work after release is agreed separately, as support or as a dedicated team.

FAQ

Which stack do you use?

Mostly Laravel and PHP or Node.js on the server, and React, Next.js or Vue in the interface. We choose the stack for the product and for the team that will support it, and explain the choice.

Can you continue an application someone else started?

Yes. We first review the code and the infrastructure, then tell you what can stay and give an estimate for continuing the work.

How do you keep client data separate in a SaaS product?

Each account's data is separated in the data model and in the access rules, and this is covered by tests. The approach depends on the product: one shared database with strict separation, or separate databases for larger clients.

Fixed price or a dedicated team?

A fixed price works when the scope of a stage is clear. When the product changes with every round of user feedback, a dedicated team usually fits better: you pay for the team's time and set the priorities each cycle.

Who owns the code?

You do: the code, the designs, the documentation and the data are handed over to you under the contract.

Do you work with companies in the US and Europe?

Yes, we work with companies in Seattle, across the US and in Europe. Our specialists from Ukraine and Eastern Europe overlap 3 to 5 hours with Western Europe and 2 to 4 hours with the US East Coast, and they work well async.

How much does it cost to build a web application?

A web application at Peretz Agency starts from $25,000. A large product is split into stages, and each stage gets its own estimate, so the budget is approved one stage at a time. An MVP to test an idea starts from $20,000, and the discovery phase that produces the stage estimates starts from $4,000. Cloud hosting, paid services and APIs are paid directly to the providers.

How long does it take to build a web application?

A focused internal tool can take three to four weeks; our own system for leads, projects and invoices took about a month. An MVP usually takes two to four months. A full product takes several months and goes live stage by stage. The discovery phase, which turns these ranges into dates for your product, takes two to four weeks.

Should we start with an MVP or build the full product?

Start with an MVP when the idea has not yet been tested on paying users: it costs from $20,000 and usually takes two to four months. Build the full product when the process is proven and the application has to carry more users, roles and integrations. If you already have a first version built with AI tools, an MVP Review, usually $3,000 to $5,000, shows what to keep, fix or rebuild before you commit the next budget.

How are subscriptions and payments handled in a SaaS product?

Usually through a payment provider's billing, with plans, trial periods, plan changes and invoices built around it in the application. In the US, Stripe lists 0.7% of billing volume for Stripe Billing and, as a separate fee, 2.9% plus 30 cents per successful domestic card payment (Stripe, October 2026). Billing logic of your own makes sense when your pricing or B2B contracts do not fit the provider's model. Provider fees are paid by you directly.

Who looks after hosting, backups and security after launch?

Work after release is agreed separately. Support costs from $1,000 a month and covers fixes, security and framework updates, monitoring, and backups that are tested by restoring them. Infrastructure work on its own costs $50 to $70 an hour with a DevOps engineer, and a product that keeps growing can have a dedicated team from $8,000 a month.

What do we receive at handover?

The source code, the deployment commands, the server requirements, the rollback procedure and an AGENTS.md file that describes the structure, the rules and the commands of the project. With them your own developers, another vendor or an AI coding agent can continue the application without depending on us.
