His professional journey began long before digital products. Yevhen earned a degree in Aerospace Engineering, specializing in Thermophysics, where he studied heat transfer, thermodynamics, and the engineering principles behind high-efficiency turbine systems used in the energy industry, including nuclear power generation. This education shaped a fundamentally analytical approach to solving complex problems—an approach that continues to define his work today.
Unlike traditional consultants who often focus on marketing, design, or software independently, Yevhen approaches every company as a complex interconnected system. He believes that sustainable growth is created when business strategy, customer experience, operations, branding, technology, artificial intelligence, and organizational processes are designed to work together rather than being optimized separately.
This ability to think in systems has become one of his strongest professional competencies. Instead of solving isolated business problems, he focuses on identifying root causes, designing long-term strategies, and building digital ecosystems that continue creating value years after launch.
Throughout his career, Yevhen has led projects across architecture, interior design, branding, UX/UI design, custom software development, AI integration, e-commerce, healthcare, luxury retail, education, manufacturing, construction, and professional services. His multidisciplinary background allows him to combine engineering precision with business strategy, creative thinking, and modern technology.
Before founding Peretz Agency in 2018, Yevhen spent more than a decade leading architectural and interior design projects through Dezzign Studio, where he developed hundreds of residential, commercial, and public spaces. This experience strengthened his understanding of spatial thinking, human behavior, systems design, and functional problem-solving—principles that naturally transferred into digital product development and user experience design.
Today, Yevhen advises founders, executives, startups, and established businesses on digital transformation, business strategy, artificial intelligence implementation, branding, customer experience, and software development. Rather than selling websites or applications as standalone products, he advocates a strategy-first methodology, where research, positioning, information architecture, design, technology, and measurable business objectives form a single integrated system.
In addition to leading client projects, Yevhen regularly writes about business strategy, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, branding, UX, AI, website development, search visibility, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), customer experience, and the future of digital products. His articles combine engineering thinking, practical business experience, and research-driven analysis to help business leaders make better long-term decisions in an increasingly AI-driven world.
His philosophy is simple: Technology should support strategy. Design should solve business problems. Artificial intelligence should amplify human expertise. Sustainable growth comes from well-designed systems—not isolated tactics.
