The TSEKH

In 2020, we created the ЦЕХ brand from scratch for Alexey Chernyavsky and his Ukrainian manufacturing business.

There was no existing brand identity, website or digital system. What initially existed was a manufacturer focused primarily on microcement. We saw an opportunity to build something much broader: a design brand capable of showing architects and interior designers that microcement, terrazzo and decorative rust could become part of a new generation of contemporary interiors.

We developed the complete identity, brand book, UX/UI, information architecture, website, CMS, programming, administration and integrations. But the core of the project was not technology. It was the idea of turning a manufacturer into a brand that architects would want to work with.

The challenge was also commercial. European suppliers could offer architects higher margins, so a Ukrainian manufacturer had to compete through something more valuable than price: the confidence that its materials, craftsmanship and execution could meet professional standards.

The website became a visual catalog, portfolio and source of inspiration rather than a simple product showcase. Through materials, textures, completed interiors and editorial content, it demonstrated what Ukrainian specialists could create and positioned the ЦЕХ as a contemporary design partner.

We also supported the brand through Dezzign, our own architecture and interior design platform, helping introduce the ЦЕХ and its materials to the professional design community.

The result was a complete brand and digital ecosystem built from nothing around a clear idea: Ukrainian craftsmanship could be contemporary, sophisticated and worthy of the same attention as established European suppliers. See the live project at thetceh.com.ua.
