MDC LUX Website Redesign

MDC LUX came to us with a website that no longer matched the quality of the diagnostic center it represented, outdated design, and a user experience that made simple things unnecessarily difficult. We rebuilt it from the ground up: a modern, professional site built to represent the business for years to come.

But a better website alone didn't move the appointment calendar. The real work began after launch, a content strategy written by the center's own doctors, structured and optimized to answer the questions patients were already asking before they ever booked an appointment.

When a Better Website Wasn't the Real Answer

The first version of that content strategy looked like most SEO articles at the time: technically optimized, professionally shallow. When the founder read them, she couldn't publish something she knew wasn't medically accurate. She was right, and no amount of copywriting talent fixed it from the outside.

The solution turned out to be simple to describe and hard to execute: the doctors wrote the articles themselves, about the cases they saw every day and the questions patients actually asked. Our job shifted from writing medical content to making real medical expertise findable, structured, and clear, without losing the voice of the people who wrote it.

Months later, the difference was measurable. Organic traffic grew. Advertising became more efficient because it was no longer trying to build trust from zero. Appointments increased. The calendar filled.

The Beginning of a Larger Story

What started as a website redesign and a content strategy for one diagnostic center became the seed of something much larger. The educational content model built here, real practitioners writing for real patients, later grew into MEDPRESSO, an international continuing medical education platform now serving thousands of doctors across four languages.
